NUIT BLANCHE 2016

Nuit Blanche Beyond, a diverse group of 10 artists dubbed Group 4d2 transformed the lush 5 acres of the Spadina Museum grounds into a magical outdoor gallery designed to enchant festival goers. The collective theme beyond presents different realms and space explored through large-scale interactive sculpture, film, textile and mesmerizing light installations.

NUIT BLANCHE 2015

This show features 15 artists and nine stunning large-scale installations in a fantastic natural setting. The artist group explores the themes of genesis and memory through light, sculpture, textile and architecture. Several of the installations are interactive. Visitors are invited to wander this lush park and discover each of them. Delight in the vast green spaces as you discover art presented on expansive lawns, in orchards, wooded areas, and projected onto a victorian greenhouse. Enter a light sculpture and become part of the art. Warm up inside an architectural piece with fire powered heated benches. Enjoy fine coffees and teas, fresh scones and donuts, all on site. 15 artists tell the story of genesis and memory through large scale projected art, textile art, architecture, and sculpture.
